Eventify has become synonymous with events in spaces that require high logistics. Spaces that are difficult to get into and are potentially hazardous due to still being under construction. Working off past experience and an understanding of both the project and the client joint venture, Eventify has successfully delivered such projects as a two night event inside the newly built Lane Cove Tunnel, the Launch of the Rouse Hill Town Centre and more just to name a few.

Bump in using such equipment as 20 tonne cranes, large frennas, forklifts, knuckle booms and scissor lifts, is all part of the technical landscape and is done in conjunction with onsite crews to ensure WH&S is adhered to at all times.
The Lane Cove Tunnel black tie Gala Dinner charity event raised over $1 million for the nominated charity. This was a three course sit down dinner for VIP's, politicians and industry leaders. The second night was a stand up themed cocktail party with interactive entertainment and multiple food stations for staff and contractors who worked on this amazing project.

For the Rouse Hill project, a plain field was transformed into a sophisticated space for media and politicians. Delivering stylish canapes and drinks, the temporary space was designed and built for local and state political figures to engage with local leaders and the media.

Each event has different needs. Each space also has it's own unique limitations including loading equipment into the various event spaces and the fact that most of the spaces are still zoned a construction zone at the time of the event.

Strict WH&S policies are put into place to ensure paramount safety at all times for guests and onsite suppliers. Eventify works closely with onsite staff to ensure everything is best practice and in line with Work Cover guidelines at all times and ensuring that during the events, everything was covered off and nothing could go wrong.

Each event space was transformed! A plain field, to a high end media event, a cross city tunnel into a glamorous Gala Dinner - each time Eventify was able to recreate and change reality in a space not designed for events!
